The Spider Queen is a large version of the small spider, and can be found in area D04. She is able to shoot 3 horizontally-spreading web balls (horizontal to the player's view) and spawns small spiders. The web balls add a debuff making it difficult to move.
The best way to defeat the Spider Queen is with at least a Silver sword (Silver ore can be found in area F08) and by blocking off the entrance to her cave leaving a 1x1 hole.
